1. Who we are

OmniTools (omnitools.be) is an online tools website operated from Belgium. We are the data controller under the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

2. Data we do NOT collect

Almost all of our tools run locally in your browser. We never receive: the amounts entered in our calculators, generated passwords, processed text, converted files, or generated QR codes. Everything stays on your device.

3. Data we do collect

• Anonymized server access logs (truncated IP, user-agent, URL) kept 30 days for security.
• Messages sent via the contact form (name, email, message) stored securely and deleted after processing.
• Local preferences (language, theme) stored only in your browser's localStorage.

4. Cookies and advertising

We use Google AdSense to display ads and fund the service for free. Google may set advertising cookies to personalize ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can manage your Google ad preferences at https://adssettings.google.com.

You can refuse third-party cookies in your browser settings. Our tools will continue to work normally.
